Our kimchi workshops will not only teach you how to make traditional Korean kimchi, but also how to lactic ferment other vegetables and fruits in your own combinations and creations. We will walk you through the steps and principles of making Kimchi, as you prepare a traditional Korean Kimchi alongside an alternative creative kimchi of your own design.
In this two-hour fun, relaxed and informative workshop, our lead ferment technicians will take you on a journey through the history of Kimchi as well as a modern and fusion approach to fermentation.
By the end you will have made two 500ml jars of kimchi to take home, as well as resources and information on how to continue your kimchi making experimentation!
